Buta Pipes – Buta Steel

Established in Gobu on a single window principle on 24 June 2008, Buta Pipes is now a part of the Buta Steel Company group of companies. Here, spiral welded pipes are produced using the latest technologies.

Spiral welded pipes are manufactured on the basis of the following specifications, with or without insulation on the inside or outside surface:

With polyethylene coating;
With paint coating;
With epoxy resin coating;
With concrete coating;
With glass fiber fabric coating;

Depending on the insulation diameter and shape, these pipes can be used in gas distribution lines, drinking and service water lines, industry, high pressure lines and other lines.

The manufactured pipes are tested at internal testing laboratories by 120 atm pressure water jet testing and ultrasonic X-ray devices. Depending on the purpose, the spiral welded pipes made of different types of steel plates shall meet the following requirements:

high resistance;
high-pressure resistance;
durability;
elasticity.
